As Chief Operating Officer of Bush & Company, Cait Coombs plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client service. Since joining the firm in 2010, she has expanded her responsibilities beyond administration to oversee client onboarding, new business processing, licensing, and ongoing servicing for insurance and investments. She brings the gifts of discernment and great judgement to her management of special projects, ensuring that Bush & Company continues to deliver efficient, high-touch service to clients.

Before joining Bush & Company, Cait built a strong foundation in corporate operations and client management, working as a national account executive for Aramark and an on-site staffing manager for industry leaders like Blue Cross Blue Shield and Sun Life Financial. Her experience in strategic operations and process management allows her to efficiently navigate complex financial and regulatory landscapes with precision.

Cait earned dual degrees in Corporate and Broadcast Communications, along with a minor in French, from Elon University. She lives in Walpole, MA with her husband, George, and their son, RJ. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with family and friends, baking, skiing, and actively participating in local town government.
